Rooms and occupancy
Rooms are shared single or double occupancy. You may choose between Superior Room (located in the Professional Development Centre) or a Standard Room (located in Lloyd Hall). If you encounter any problems with your reservation or would like to talk to the centre staff, please call 1-800-884-7574.
Due to contractual arrangements with the Banff Centre, the greater portion of the block of accommodations reserved for us must be booked by mid-July. Therefore, the conference organizers would ask you to please book your room by July 14th in order to be sure that there will be space available and no additional costs will be accrued. We thank you in advance!

Steering Committee Meeting Attendees:
All those attending the steering committee meeting on Thursday should plan to arrive either on Wednesday or by 9:00 a.m. Thursday. If you stay at the Banff Centre on Wednesday night, please inform the hotel receptionist that you are a steering committee member.
